Unsigned handwritten notes by Prince in red ink on a 6 x 9.5 notebook page. In the upper right, he writes an address and phone number: "614/272-8032, 2210 Union, Columbus, Ohio, 43223." In the lower left, he writes: "Soul Teen, Hunk of the Month." In fine condition. The address points to a blue-collar residential area of Columbus, perhaps the address of a girl or somewhere Prince was going to pick up an instrument.
