Description

Partly-printed vellum DS as president, signed “Benj. Harrison,” one page, 21.75 x 15.75, January 11, 1892. President Harrison appoints Ivory G. Kimball as "United States District Judge of the Police Court of the District of Columbia." Boldly signed at the conclusion by President Harrison and countersigned by Attorney General William H. H. Miller. The red seal affixed to the lower left remains intact. Double-matted and framed to an overall size of 31 x 25. In fine condition, with heavy overall waviness and wrinkling.
