MGM document concerning a bonus, in part: "In appreciation of your cooperation and of the excellent services rendered by you, we take pleasure in handing you herewith our check representing payment to you of the sum of Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00)…a voluntary bonus paid by us to you." Signed at the conclusion in blue ink by Kelly and countersigned by a studio vice president. In fine condition. Kelly made three movies with MGM in 1948: The Pirate, The Three Musketeers, and Words and Music.
