Description

Handsome engraving of President Taft, 10.75 x 14, boldly signed and inscribed in fountain pen as president, "For Edward T. Wrigley, Asst. Solicitor Commerce & Labor, with best wishes, Wm. H. Taft, The White House, March 3rd 1913." Framed to a slightly larger size. In very good condition, with moderate overall foxing, and tears and soiling to the wide borders which could be matted out with some success. Woodrow Wilson would supplant Taft as President of the United States the following day.
