Agreement between Wallis-Hazen, Incorporated and Dean Martin and Jerry Lewis, in which the latter agree to grant and assign "certain literary material…in and in connection with the production, distribution, advertising, exploiting, publicizing and exhibition of that certain motion picture photoplay…now entitled Sailor Beware." Signed at the conclusion in fountain pen by Martin, and in black ballpoint by Lewis. Matted and framed with a two-page "Exhibit 'A'" rider and a notarized sheet, to an overall size of 20.25 x 25.25.
