Joseph Ross, in which the latter three have acknowledged their transfer of $500,000 of an original $850,000 payment to Union Bank & Trust Co. of Los Angeles, in regards to their Stock Purchase Agreement. Signed at the conclusion in ballpoint by Martin and Lewis; both of whom have also signed the included one-page receipt, dated April 16, 1956, with Martin signing in green ballpoint and Lewis in black ballpoint. Matted and framed to an overall size of 27.25 x 13. In fine condition.
