Slayton," one page, 7.75 x 10, Project Mercury letterhead, October 2, 1961, to Miss Marquita Park, in part: "It is always a pleasure to hear from persons such as yourself who show such an interest in our project. I have enclosed an autographed photograph, as you requested"; and an official vintage glossy 7.5 x 10 black and white publicity photo, signed and inscribed in fountain pen, "Best wishes to Marquita Park, Donald K.
