Set of six original vintage glossy and semi-glossy NASA photos, 8 x 10 and 10 x 8, depicting members of Apollo 14 crew and mission control during preflight activities at the Kennedy Space Center, with images including: a three-quarter-length image of Commander Alan Shepard wearing his white space suit; an image of Deke Slayton talking things over with Shepard during EVA training; the inside of mission control during a Countdown Demonstration Test; a full-length image of Shepard and Lunar Module Pilot Edgar Mitchell during outdoor EVA training; an image of Shepard and Mitchell during a test run of the lunar planting of the American flag; and a photo of the Apollo 14 crew walking from KSC prior to launch.
