Haines of Northumberland, Pennsylvania, in which the latter agrees to purchase "such Motorcycles, Sidecars, Servicecars, Package Trucks, Chassis" and other parts and accessories over the course of one year. Signed at the conclusion by Davidson. In fine condition.
