Uncommon ALS in Spanish, signed “Yo el Rey,” one page, 8 x 12, May 1563. Untranslated letter to his half-sister Margaret of Parma, who was regent of the low countries, sending instructions on several political matters. In very good to fine condition, with scattered foxing and creasing, a repaired tear beneath the signature, and paper loss to the integral attached sheet.
