AMQS on an off-white 3.25 x 2.75 slip, signed and inscribed in ink, "To Albert G. Hale, from John Philip Sousa, 1929." Sousa pens four bars from his famous march "The Stars and Stripes Forever," identifying it below. In very good condition, with creasing, small edge tears, and two small chips to the right edge. Accompanied by a letter from his daughter Helen Sousa Abert.
