J. P. Kruger,” one page, 8.25 x 13.25, Door Zijn Hoogedele den Staatspresident der Z.A. Rupubliek letterhead, November 1859. Signed at the conclusion by Kruger as president of the South African Republic. In very good to fine condition, with tears and chipping to the edges.
