FDR's Christmas greetings to disabled veterans

War-dated TLS as president, one page, 7 x 8.75, White House letterhead, December 19, 1941. Letter "To all Disabled Veterans," in full: "To you who have your country's enduring gratitude for the service you have given and the Nation's continued concern for your welfare I send hearty Christmas greetings. You who have served in time of war fully realize the sacrifice and sorrow which we as a Nation again are forced to meet. But knowing that our cause is just and right we shall not fail to put into this struggle every resource at our command. And in this grave time I am confidant of your loyal cooperation and support. May the New Year bring health and happiness to you." In fine condition.
