Original vintage 1981 glossy 8 x 10 silver gelatin photo of Diana taken the day before Buckingham Palace announced the engagement of Prince Charles and Lady Diana Spencer on February 24, 1981. Reverse bears a Keystone Press Agency Ltd copyright stamp and affixed caption. In fine condition, with a couple scuffs to surface. Charles had actually proposed to Diana three weeks earlier during a private dinner, but the engagement remained mum until the announcement on February 24th.
