Ministry of Justice document, in which President Batista sanctions a new law that creates (roughly translated) "in the Supreme Court a seat for a chamber official and another for a secretary official, with purpose in the government secretary of the Supreme Court, that would have in charge the processing and fulfillment of the matters submitted in the chamber of the special government." Signed below the blue seal and ribbon by Batista. In very good to fine condition, with a trimmed left edge, short tears to the top edge, scattered toning, and half of the wafer seal detached but present.
