[The Italian Society for the Advancement of Science], Bruno Rossi, who later went on to become a prominent figure in the Manhattan Project. Signed at the conclusion by Enrico Fermi, Luigi Lombardi, and Antonio Carrelli. Overall toning and creasing and a couple small tears to upper edge, otherwise fine condition. In addition to Fermi, Lombardi and Carrelli were also scientists, and the content regarding an award for a fellow extremely influential physicist make this an excellent association piece.
