Three TLSs, each one page, 8.5 x 11, signed by a member of the Guggenheim family, including: a letter signed "Daniel Guggenheim," dated October 30, 1928, addressed to his wife, in full: "I duly received your letter of October 29 1928, which expresses accurately our understanding. The agreement there expressed is binding upon our heirs, executors and administrators to the extent set forth by you in your letter"; another signed "Florence Guggenheim," dated June 6, 1942, in part: "I am in receipt of your letter…inquiring about quarterly distributions of income by the Estate of Daniel Guggenheim to my son, Robert. Since I wish to avoid possible personal liability as well as legal complications in the settlement of the Estate, I concur…to make no further distributions of income to beneficiaries pending the filing of an accounting with the Surrogate"; the final letter, signed "Harry F. Guggenheim," dated December 22, 1944, in part: "So far as Mrs. Straus and I are concerned as individuals, and (assuming that the Robert rust approves) so far as I am concerned as Administrator cta, you are authorized to settle the 1942 and 1943 income taxes of the Estate of Daniel Guggenheim on the basis set forth in your letter." In overall fine condition.
