Partly-printed DS as president, one page, 23 x 19, December 9, 1926. President Coolidge assigns J. Klahr Huddle as “Consul of the United States of America at Cologne, Germany, for Cologne.” Signed at the conclusion by Coolidge, and countersigned by Secretary of State Frank B. Kellogg. White paper wafer seal remains affixed to lower left. In fine condition. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
