Partly-printed DS as president, one page, 23 x 19, June 4, 1920. President Wilson appoints J. Klahr Huddle, of Ohio as “a Consul of Class six of the United States of America.” Signed at the conclusion by Wilson, and countersigned by Secretary of State Bainbridge Colby. White paper seal remains affixed to lower left. In fine condition, with a few small stains; Wilson’s erratic signature is on account of a series of strokes he suffered in September 1919. Accompanied by six presidential appointments for Huddle, three from Franklin D. Roosevelt and three from Herbert Hoover, all of which bear preprinted signatures. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
