Uncommon 5.5 x 7.5 engraved portrait of Cooper, prominently signed on the reverse in ink, "With the compliments of Peter Cooper." Encapsulated in a plastic PSA/DNA authentication holder. In very good to fine condition, with trimmed edges, scattered foxing, and a central horizontal fold.
