Dave Scott’s personally-owned unused gold foil Apollo 13 pre-launch matchbook, 2 x 2, featuring the names of the original prime crew, “Jim Lovell,” “Fred Haise,” and “Ken Mattingly.” Mattingly, of course, was replaced on the mission by Jack Swigert after he was exposed to German measles shortly before launch.
