President Johnson authorizes and directs “the Secretary of State to affix the Seal of the United States to a Warrant for the unconditional pardon of Thomas Ford.” Crisply signed at the conclusion by President Johnson. Mounted beside an original ticket to Johnson’s impeachment hearings and a portrait to an overall size of 18 x 15.5. In very good to fine condition, with a block of light toning in top right blank area, and a few random spots of foxing. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
