Approving a disabled rifleman’s resignation in 1810

Partly-printed DS in French, signed “Np,” one page, 8 x 12.25, January 22, 1810. Untranslated military report concerning the resignation of an officer of the first regiment of mounted rifles, whose damaged arm prevents him from rejoining the artillery. Signed in the left margin by Napoleon with his approval. In very good condition, with scattered foxing, a long crease to lower right corner, irregular toning, and old mounting remnants on the reverse. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
