Documents related to a pair of pest inspections ordered by Elvis Presley to be performed at his Beverly Hills ranch at 1174 Hillcrest Road, including: a Standard Inspection Report Form, dated February 13, 1968, in which Angelus Termite & Pest Control indicate no findings on the premises, "a one-story stucco, rock, and wood-siding residence," with a layout of the property below; and two Standard Inspection Report Forms, dated March 18, 1968, in which ACE Termite Control indicate that "Subterranean Termites were noted penetrating through concrete slab from earth fill." Also includes other letters and forms related to costs and reports, dated between March 19 and May 20. In overall fine condition. Also includes several photos, playing cards, and postcards of Presley, many of which bear facsimile signatures.
