Set of four TLSs, each one page, two on White House letterhead and two on personal letterhead, dated between 1935 and 1946. The earliest, May 14, 1935, in part: “Do you know of any one who could help this man, or any place in Syracuse where he could obtain the needed set of teeth free of charge?” Another, May 14, 1945, in part: “My son, Elliott, is hoping to take over the land east of the Post Road and continue his father’s program in forestry. He is very anxious therefore, the first time he can be back here (he is now stationed in the United States though still in the Army) to have you come down with the maps and tell him exactly what had been planned.” In overall fine condition. Accompanied by three original mailing envelopes. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
