TLS, one page, 7 x 9, December 18, 1966. Letter to Alvin Easter, editor of Cinema Magazine. In part: “I have been all over the place in Spain doing locations for the film of ‘Custer’ which I have just now finished. I was so delighted with my award because it is the only one I have ever had as an actor. I have a feeling that ‘Custer’ will turn out to be a very much better film than you might expect. It is a lot more honest and courageous than the usual cinerama epic.” In fine condition. Accompanied by the original mailing envelope. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
