Williams,” one page, 6 x 7, personal letterhead, November 28, 1960, in part: “Thank you very much for the treatments you have been giving me for the past two weeks they have done me an appreciable amount of good…The nurse in your office expressed a desire to own a book of mine, I don’t know her name but having one of my small books of poems handy I am sending a signed copy”; and the book referenced, Kora in Hell, softcover ‘Pocket Poets’ series, published by City Lights Books in 1958, signed on the dedication page in blue ballpoint, “William Carlos Williams.” In overall fine condition.
