President Monroe grants John Warren a parcel of land in Washington, Mississippi, “containing One hundred and Sixty acres.” Signed at the conclusion by Monroe and countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office Josiah Meigs. The white paper seal affixed to the lower left remains mostly intact. In very good condition, with three vertical folds (one passing through a single letter of the signature), moderate scattered soiling, and a few small edge tears. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
