Fulton, Emil ‘Ted’ Sturmthal, Edward McDowell, Philip F. Oestricher (3), and J. N. Small. Also includes two unflown covers, one signed by Fulton, and the other signed by over twenty members of the United States Air Force test pilot school class of 75-B. In overall fine condition, with slight dampstaining to the unflown Fulton cover and some smudging to the Fulton signature on the flown cover. From the Leon Ford Collection.
