Collection of twenty vintage glossy 9.5 x 18.5 photos of the lunar surface taken in 1966 for the NASA-LRC Lunar Orbiter Project, each showing a different section of the craterous surface. Creasing and wear to edges, otherwise overall fine condition. The Lunar Orbiter Project’s primary goal was to identify smooth areas of the lunar surface for selection and verification of safe landing sites for NASA’s future missions to the moon.
