Official ‘R’ hologram-style RIAA multi-platinum sales award presented “to commemorate the sale of more than 5,000,000 copies of the A&M Records album, cassette and C.D. ‘Janet Jackson's Rhythm Nation 1814.’” Framed with its CD, cassette, engraved plaque, plate, and five small images of the album cover, each denoting platinum sales, against a large image of Jackson to an overall size of 15 x 21. Award retains its original tape-repaired backing with a Fitzgerald Hartley label. In fine condition, with trivial scuffing to frame.
