President Monroe grants Christian Meisner a parcel of land consisting of “the South West quarter of Section twelve…of the Lands directed to be sold at Cincinnati.” Signed at the conclusion by President Monroe and countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office Josiah Meigs. The white paper seal affixed to the lower left remains crisp and fully intact. In fine condition, with intersecting folds (one vertical fold passing through a single letter of the signature) and overall wrinkling. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
