Handsomely mounted, double-matted, and ornately framed with a color portrait, engraved plaque, and nameplate affixed to the glass to an overall size of 24.5 x 21. In very good condition, with subtle intersecting folds, overall toning, and two cancellation slits cut through the "s" in his last name.
