Three ALSs signed “Margaret,” all one page both sides, 6 x 8, Kensington Palace letterhead, dated from 1971–1975. All are to her friend Vera Hull in Barbados. One, dated September 14, 1971, in part: “Thank you for your note—I think you’re a saint, because it was what I have been persuading Oliver to do since Vagn got ill and it will be marvellous for him to get really mended here. I have of course offered to have Oliver here if Vagn is in hospital but perhaps they are going to be at the Sonesta? What treatment is he going to have?” In overall fine condition. Accompanied by the original mailing envelopes for all three letters, addressed in her own hand, with dampstaining to one. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
