Article IX of an agreement between Columbia Pictures Corporation and Hepburn certifying that definitions of terms used in standard film contracts are understood. Signed at the conclusion in black felt tip by Hepburn and countersigned by a studio secretary. Attractively double-matted with a portrait of Hepburn to an overall size of 20 x 14. In fine condition, with a stain to the upper right corner. Though unspecified in this document, this agreement most likely related to the film Guess Who’s Coming to Dinner, which was released in December of 1967. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
