In part: “The Queen was very sorry to hear…of the death of Mr. Marjoribanks…may the expression of her condolences & sincere sympathy…The Queen knows what an excellent old man Mr. Marjoribanks was.” In fine condition, with a removed adjoining page that may have contained additional content. Edward Marjoribanks, a senior partner in Coutts Bank, passed away on September 17, 1868. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
