Two items: a black felt tip signature, “Pierre Balmain, Paris 1967,” on an off-white sheet of personal stationery; and a TLS from Halston, one page, 7.25 x 10.5, Halston Enterprises, Inc. letterhead, June 22, 1983. Letter to John Gruen, in full: “I wish to thank you for the article in the June issue of the Pan Am Clipper on Martha Graham and myself. Martha was very impressed and loved the article.” In overall fine condition, with a vertical and a horizontal fold to the Balmain, and a crease to top edge of the Halston. Accompanied by an unsigned photo of Halston. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
