Japanese-American born Iva Ikuko Toguri (1916–2006) who participated in English-language propaganda broadcasts transmitted by Radio Tokyo to Allied soldiers in the South Pacific dueing World War II. Fan-shaped greeting card, measuring 7.75 x 4.5 closed, signed and inscribed inside in black ink, “Mr. Van Buskirk, Best of Health to You & Peace! Iva T.” In fine condition. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
