An agreement between Polydor and the Osmond-owned Kolob Records confirming rights “in connection with the recording of phonograph record masters throughout the world” so that they may “exploit masters embodying Artists’ performances through Polydor.” Signed at the conclusion in blue ballpoint by George and Olive Osmond as parents of the minor members of the family, and then signed by Alan, Merrill, Donald, Marie, Wayne, Jay, and Jimmy, all of whom add their birthdates. Expected document wear, creases, tears to staple holes in the upper right, and light soiling, otherwise fine condition. Accompanied by a full letter of authenticity from PSA/DNA.
