A standard agreement between Dietrich and MCA Artists, Ltd., for her to employ the agency as her “sole and exclusive representative, manager, and agent…throughout the world, for a period of seven (7) years.” Signed at the conclusion in blue ballpoint by Dietrich and countersigned by an agent, who also initials several emendations to the text of the contract. Scattered creases, chipping to edges, a tear to the upper left corner, and a PSA/DNA label affixed to the reverse, otherwise fine condition. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from PSA/DNA.
