High, Sergei Rachmaninoff, 1928.” The upper edge of the picture is affixed to a slightly larger mat. In fine condition, with a crease to lower left corner, a bit of crazing below Rachmaninoff’s chin, and moderate contrast to the signature and inscription against the dark background.
