Russian commemorative cover featuring an affixed 1969 postage stamp depicting Earth from outer space, 6 x 4.25, signed in the lower left in black felt tip. In fine condition, with a trivial brush to the top of one letter of the signature. A scarce format, likely signed during Armstrong’s only visit to the USSR in 1970, which helped build relations between NASA and the Soviet space program. Pre-certified Steve Zarelli.
