Flown instrument panel data card, flown on the Apollo 12 mission. Blank card measures 5.25 x 8, is dated October 20, 1969, in the lower corner, and is labeled along the top on both sides, “Ye Ole Lunar Scratch Pad.” Card also has five small swatches of Velcro affixed to each side. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from Richard Gordon which reads: “I hereby certify that this Flown Instrument Panel Data Card is from my personal collection and was flown and utilized by me on the Apollo 12 mission.” In fine condition.
