Accompanied by a TLS signed by Bush on State of Texas letterhead, dated January 2, 1997, which reads, in full: “The blue DNYK tie, which accompanies this letter and which has been signed by me, has been donated from my personal wardrobe to the Youth for Christ fundraiser.
