Some scattered toning and soiling, otherwise fine condition. Accompanied by an engraving of Irving bearing a pre-printed facsimile signature. Sunnyside was Irving’s estate in southern New York, an architecturally impressive ‘cottage’ that Oliver Wendell Holmes, Sr., said stood ‘next to Mount Vernon as the best known and most cherished of all the dwellings in our land.’ Pre-certified PSA/DNA and RR Auction COA.
