Ink signature, “Ever (for both of us) yours affectionately, M. Faraday,” on an off-white 3 x 1.25 slip clipped from the close of a letter. Affixed at the bottom of a period 5.75 x 9 portrait of the scientist. In very good condition, with scattered creases and soiling to the slip, and a clean horizontal cut passing through much of the lower portion of the photograph.
