Automobile industry executive (1925–2005) best remembered for creating the DeLorean DMC-12 sports car, which was featured in Back to the Future. Two DSs, each signed, “John Z. DeLorean,” each one page, 8.5 x 11. One is dated April 14, 1977, and is a written resolution from the board of directors of Composite Technology Corporation appointing Thomas W. Kimmerly vice-president and assistant secretary of the corporation. The other document, dated June 8, 1978, waives the notice of the annual meeting of shareholders of Composite Technology.
