Governor McKinley appoints Milton Clark a “Judge of the Court of Common Pleas for the Third Subdivision of the Second Judicial District of the State of Ohio.” Signed at the conclusion by McKinley and countersigned by Ohio’s secretary of state. In fine condition, with intersecting folds, one through a single letter of signature, and some slight mirroring of ink to center of document. The gold foil seal is intact, with a vertical crease.
