Collection of six items, including four ALSs, a signed photo of an angelic statue, and a ballpoint signature on a calendar page. The letters span 1958 through 1962, and three include original mailing envelopes filled out in Hoffman’s hand. One letter, in part: “I have no work in Austria or Germany—unless the Germans kept the 8´ bronze group they pulled down & stole in Paris 1941—of Pavlova & Mordkin. I think they probably melted it down for the metal etc.” She briefly mentions poet Marianne Moore in another, in part: “Miss Moore seems to keep afloat & very busy but often feels very exhausted.” In overall fine condition.
