Signed and inscribed on the first page, “To Alex—Hope you enjoy it! Best always Mary Steenburgen,” and “Best wishes, Malcolm McDowell.” Additionally, McDowell’s name is written in pencil at the top of the first page, however, it cannot be verified that this was his copy.
